All services and products offered by Branix are digital and delivered electronically. No physical products are sold or shipped.
If you are eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy, the approved refund will be processed to your original payment method. Since no physical goods are delivered, there are no shipping charges, return shipping costs, or return delivery requirements.
Refund requests must comply with our Refund Policy. Once work has begun on a custom project, branding service, website, marketing strategy, or any other digital service, refunds may no longer be available.
